It's my first ever rotation on ER and I had the best experience so far. Everyday is something to look forward to, no VS every 4 hours and no time for discussions or any boring things. Just work, work and work! :D We focus on patients wellness and there were never any problem regarding lack of equipments. Doctors and RN's are amazing and we student nurses never felt any incongruencies from them.
I wish to be exposed on ER more often :D
